Dust & Fume Extraction Process
As specialists in dust extraction and fume extraction within the workplace Western Air Ducts offer all its customers, both domestic and international, an exceptional, tailor made service which starts with a free initial consultation or site visit.
Site Visit
This site visit gives both parties the opportunity to meet each other and gives Western Air Ducts the chance to fully understand the needs of the client as well as seeing first-hand the facility where the installation could go.
Plan
Following the initial site visit, our design engineers will construct a fully costed plan which is sent to the client and, once approved; we will arrange another site visit which will be made by the assigned project manager.
Paperwork
Prior to the project taking place we will issue all H&S related paperwork, and ensure the client fully understands what takes place and then guide them through the Design, Manufacturing and Installation stages as a full system service.
Training
On completion of the project we send a commissioning engineer to set up the new system and provide training. We then offer to maintain each extraction system according to current guidelines ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence in Western Air Ducts.
