Western Air Ducts (UK) Ltd are proud to announce that they have been awarded the contract to design, manufacture and install multiple new dust and fume extraction systems for the new worldwide headquarters for the TBS Engineering group.
Founded in 1967 TBS Engineering has grown to become the world leader in producing automatic machinery for the lead acid battery industry. With the use of its machines millions of batteries have been produced to power the automotive industry.
As part of the Berkshire Hathaway group, TBS has continued to grow, now employing over 140 people worldwide and having a presence on three continents. They have decided to invest in a new worldwide headquarters situated in Cheltenham in the UK
Part of the provision for the new building will be new dust and fume extraction systems serving their production lines, incorporating the latest in automated control systems to ensure that the new building is as energy efficient as possible.
We are delighted to be working with TBS on this exciting new build, with Western Air Ducts (UK) Ltd with our project timescale from planning through to commissioning lasting four months, completing in early 2018.
