When our client heard the call for businesses to urgently manufacture products for the NHS they knew they had to act, as a cosmetics manufacturer they had the equipment to repurpose a production line to produce 30,000 bottles of hand sanitiser per hour but they also knew that due to the alcohol content and the fume this would generate that they would have an ATEX issue so they reached out to us.
Within 7-days from concept to completion we were able to install an ATEX compliant fume extraction system to serve this production line to allow it to enter full production safely and start producing product to help keep our front line heroes safe . . . helping our customers help the NHS.
