We were contacted by Douay Martyrs School in Hillingdon to help assist them with a dust extraction system for their relocated design and technology workshop. They were looking for a company that had experience with similar installations within a school and a company that could react quickly so that the installation could be designed and installed before the end of the summer break.
Western Air Ducts sent one of their BOHS P602 qualified design engineers to site to properly assess their requirements. Some companies can be unwilling to carry out projects in Greater London, but Western Air Ducts have carried out many successful projects for educational facilities within the Capital.
Following on from the site visit a proposal was presented within 48-hours and upon acceptance of the proposals the project was finished within a month of receipt of order.
The system was designed incorporating an Inteliair® I20 shaker unit, these units are ideal for small wood working jobs and as we tend to keep them in stock and coupled with our in-house manufacturing department that is capable of producing the bespoke items required quickly we are able to turnaround projects in a short timeframe.
